ACMP Supplemental Federal Register Notice
 
The federal Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) published a supplemental Federal Register notice today about the ACMP Environmental Impact Statement. It contained several corrections:
 
  •         Corrected citations to Alaska state regulations,
  •         Corrected reference to the years when the changes were made,
  •         Indicated where the Program Change (Amendment) could be found, and
  •         Clarified the type of information OCRM is seeking.
 
Public Comments
 
The new request for comments states: “Written comments on suggested alternatives and potential impacts of the proposed approval of the amendments submitted by the State of Alaska to its Coastal Management Program will be accepted on or before August 5, 2005.”

  •         Barrow: Monday, July 25, 1-5 p.m. Inupiat Heritage Center
  •         Anchorage: Wednesday, July 27, 8 a.m. – 5p.m. Egan Convention Center
