"Gabrielle was a delightful working partner: pleasant, focused, engaged, sensitive to our community's distinctive concerns and idiosyncrasies. Her participation kept us from feeling overwhelmed by our task.

Crafters of coastal management plans and policies may believe they have a clear idea of where they are headed, but without the guidance of someone fluent in coastal speak, the language perils and program peculiarities of the Alaska Coastal Management Program may cause a drift from the intended destination. Ketchikan Coastal District is grateful we had Gabrielle on our team."
