	State of Alaska September 30, 2004 Submittal to NOAA/OCRM for Approval of New Coastal Statewide Standards The regulations at 11 AAC 110, 11 AAC 112, and 11 AAC 114 became effective on July 1, 2004 . However, as provided in the applicability section at 11 AAC 112.010, the new statewide standards at 11 AAC 112.200 - 11 AAC 112.990 do not apply to consistency reviews until after approval by the federal Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM).
